Baked Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 pork chops (1 1/2 lb.)
1/3 c. finely diced celery
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 cans tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 c. water
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease shallow baking dish.
Brown chops in greased frying pan.
Place in baking dish.
Sprinkle with celery, brown sugar, lemon juice and seasonings.
Pour tomato sauce and water over chops.
Cover and bake in moderate 350\u00b0 oven for 1 1/4 hours until chops are done.
Serves 4.
