Chocolate Frosting 1 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. plus 2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/3 c. cocoa
    1 stick margarine
    1 small can evaporated milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine ingredients, melt slowly, boil 5 minutes or to soft ball.
    Cool and beat.
    Add vanilla and beat again with spoon. Spread on cake.
