Pork Chop Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 pork chops
    1 c. white rice
    4 Tbsp. bell pepper
    1 pkg. onion soup mix
Preparation
    Brown pork chops in fat.
    Remove chops from the skillet and then mix 2 1/2 cups of water with the onion soup mix in the same skillet.
    Put rice and bell pepper in a 2-quart casserole.
    Lay pork chops on top of rice and pour soup mixture over the chops. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, covered.
