Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

20 large mushrooms
1/2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. cooked wild rice
1/2 c. long grain rice
1/2 tsp. basil
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 lb. bacon
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation

Cut bacon in mushroom-size squares.
Remove and chop mushroom stems to make 1/2 cup.
Set caps aside.
