Healthy Cookies(Great For Diabetics) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 bananas, mashed
    1/3 c. oil
    2 c. quick oatmeal
    1 1/2 c. dates or part raisins
    1/2 c. nuts
    1/2 c. coconut
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix.
    Drop by spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 20 minutes.
