Company Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh sliced mushrooms or 2 (6 oz.) cans
    1 1/2 lb. peeled potatoes
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/4 c. milk
    1/4 c. onion, chopped fine
    1/2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    1/4 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in salted water until barely tender; cut in 1/2-inch slices. Saute mushrooms in butter. Butter a 1 1/2-quart casserole and layer potatoes and mushrooms alternately. Heat soup, milk and onions; pour over potatoes. Sprinkle cheese and paprika over top. Bake, uncovered, at 400\u00b0 for about 15 to 20 minutes.
