Lemony Steamed Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 halibut, scrod or cod fillets (fresh or frozen)
    1 small onion, finely chopped
    1/2 c. chopped parsley
    1 tsp. dill weed
    1 tsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Center each fillet on 12-inch square foil.
    Sprinkle with onion, parsley, dill weed, paprika, salt, pepper and lemon juice. Fold foil over each fillet to make pocket; pleat seams to securely enclose; place on cookie sheet.
    Bake in preheated moderate (375\u00b0) oven for 30 minutes.
