Mustard Tomato Pie(Main Course) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) pie crust
    Dijonnaise mustard
    Swiss cheese
    olive oil
    basil
    tomatoes
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Put pie crust in pie plate.
    Spread mustard generously on crust.
    Layer Swiss cheese, then sliced tomatoes; sprinkle olive oil and basil over all.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Fold the edge of crust over about 1 inch.
    Bake for 35 minutes at 350\u00b0.
