Quick Borsch - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can beets (2 1/2 c.)
1 can consomme
1 can cream of celery soup
1 tsp. horseradish
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation

Place beets and half the beet liquid in blender.
Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
Chill at least 3 hours.
Serve garnished with a dollop of sour cream and a pinch of chopped tarragon or parsley.
Serves 6.
