Buttermilk Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 eggs
    1 stick margarine
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3/4 large pkg. coconut
Preparation
    Melt margarine; add sugar, eggs, buttermilk and flavoring; beat well.
    Stir in coconut.
    Pour into two unbaked pie shells. Bake at 350\u00b0 until not shaky or as brown as desired.
