Scrambled Egg Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 eggs
    3/4 tsp. nutmeg
    3 to 4 Tbsp. parsley
    salt and pepper
    12 slices bacon (can substitute ham or sausage)
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. grated cheese
    green onions (optional)
    mushrooms (optional)
Preparation
    Beat eggs.
    Add parsley, nutmeg, salt and pepper.
    Scramble to moist stage.
    Layer in 9 x 13-inch pan: scrambled eggs, sour cream, cooked meat, cheese, onions and mushrooms.
    Cover and let stand overnight in refrigerator.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
