Lemon Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 c. butter
    1 Tbsp. grated lemon rind
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    3 egg yolks
    1 c. milk
    1 c. sour cream
    1 (9-inch) baked pie shell
Preparation
    Combine sugar and cornstarch in pan.
    Add melted butter, rind, juice and beaten egg yolks.
    Stir in milk.
    Heat over medium heat until thick.
    Let cool; fold in sour cream.
    Pour into pie shell. Chill at least 3 hours before serving.
    Top with whipped cream.
