Cauliflower Scramble(Czechoslovakia) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    1 c. chopped onion
    4 c. coarsely chopped cauliflower, cooked
    4 eggs or 1 c. Egg Beaters
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    In a large skillet melt butter; saute onion until tender.
    Add cauliflower, stirring occasionally until heated through.
    Beat eggs with salt and pepper; pour over cauliflower mixture.
    Cook until set.
    Sprinkle with parsley.
