Berry Burst - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. cranberry juice
1 pt. strawberries or raspberries
1/2 banana
1/4 c. honey
1/2 c. plain low-fat yogurt
Preparation

Combine and blend in processor or blender.
Omit honey if using sweetened flavored yogurt.
This is a nutritious, low calorie snack drink.
