Green Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cooked rice
    2 eggs
    2/3 c. Wesson oil
    1 small can evaporated milk
    3 c. sharp grated cheese
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 c. chopped parsley
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Add oil to beaten eggs.
    Add this and all other ingredients to rice.
    Bake in two shallow greased baking dishes at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Yield::
    10 servings.
