Ham-Potato Scallop - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. oleo
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    3 c. sliced, cooked potatoes
    2 c. cubed, cooked ham
Preparation
    Cook onion in oleo until soft; add soup, milk and parsley. Mix well.
    Add potatoes.
    Place 1/3 of mixture in a greased 1 1/2-quart casserole; add 1 cup of ham in a layer.
    Repeat layers; end with potato mixture.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
