Scalloped Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (No. 2) cans creamed corn
    1 c. milk
    1/4 lb. soda crackers, crushed fine (reserve 6 for topping)
    1 onion, large
Preparation
    Mix thoroughly corn and onion.
    Stir in slowly until consistency of cake batter 1/2 to 1 cup milk.
    Mix well.
    Pour into casserole.
    Top with reserved cracker crumbs.
    Dot with butter. Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Serves 10 to 12.
    Can be increased to serve any number.
