Peanut Butter-Potato Candy - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. mashed potatoes
1 stick margarine
2 lb. powdered sugar
peanut butter

Preparation

Mix first 3 ingredients well.
Roll out flat and spread with a thin layer of peanut butter.
Roll up and chill until firm.
Slice into 1/4 or 1/2-inch pieces.
