Blender Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz. Swiss or Cheddar cheese
    1/3 c. onion, chopped
    2 c. milk
    1/2 c. Bisquick
    4 eggs
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Put all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
    Pour into a greased pie pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Knife test. Let stand 5 minutes before eating.
    Can add sausage that has been browned and drained before adding to mixture.
