Lemon Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. confectioners sugar
2 sticks butter
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. lemon peel
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. flour
5 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
8 Tbsp. lemon juice
Pam spray

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Line two 9 x 6-inch pans with aluminum foil and spray with Pam.
Cream the confectioners sugar, salt and butter.
Add 2 cups of flour; shape into 2 balls and spread on aluminum foil.
