Zucchini Squash Glaze - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 zucchini squash, thinly sliced 1/8-inch
    1/4 c. butter
    1/2 c. chicken broth
    1/4 c. Sauterne wine
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch, diluted in 1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Simmer together all ingredients, except cornstarch for 5 minutes.
    Add and thicken with cornstarch. Cook 1 minute or until clear.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
