Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Wesson oil
    2 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 c. nuts
    3 c. diced apples
    6 oz. butterscotch chips
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    In large bowl, mix well the oil, eggs and sugar.
    Sift together flour, salt, soda, cinnamon and baking powder.
    Add to mixture.
    Stir in nuts and apples.
    Mix well (use a spoon, this will be thick).
    Spread in greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Sprinkle butterscotch chips on top.
    Bake in preheated oven at 350\u00b0
    for 55 to 60 minutes.
    Cool and cut into squares.
    Let set a day for added flavor.
