Bill'S Lasagne - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. lean hamburger
2 cans tomato sauce
1 small can tomato paste
1 lb. cottage cheese
1 large Ricotta cheese
3 or 4 pkg. sliced Mozzarella cheese
1 medium onion
1 1/2 lb. lasagne
minced onion (medium)
Italian seasoning
Preparation

Chop onion and cook in pan on low heat.
Brown hamburger and drain grease.
Sprinkle Italian seasoning and garlic to taste. Add tomato sauce and tomato paste to meat and heat until hot.
In a large bowl add sauce to cottage cheese and Ricotta cheese and shredded Mozzarella.
Boil lasagna as directed until done.
Drain in a colander and rinse in cold water.
In a 9 x 13 x 2-inch Pyrex dish, layer lasagne in bottom of dish.
Cover completely.
Add sauce, then sliced Mozzarella again, covering completely.
Repeat until you reach the top of dish.
Layer top with lasagne.
