Creole Meat Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. beef
1/2 lb. pork
1/2 c. green pepper
1/2 c. onion
1 Tbsp. parsley
1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. mustard
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. chili sauce
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together except the chili sauce which you spread on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
