Ingredients

1/2 lb. Italian sausage
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. garlic
10 canned biscuits
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 c. sharp cheese, grated
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Brown sausage and drain.
Add garlic and oregano.
Place biscuits on a greased cookie sheet.
Flatten to 4-inch circles, leaving a rim.
Fill with tomato paste and then sausage.
Sprinkle with sharp cheese and then with Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Makes 10.
