Coconut Chess Pie(2 Pies) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small can Baker's flaky coconut
    4 eggs (3 if large eggs)
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    3/4 stick butter, melted
    1 tsp. vanilla or lemon flavoring
    1/4 c. buttermilk (little more)
    2 pie shells
Preparation
    Chop coconut to very fine pieces. Mix as listed.
    Stick bottom of pie shells with fork in several places.
    Place pie shells in oven to dry out, 10 minutes in 325\u00b0 oven.
    Remove pie shells from oven and fill with mixture.
    Bake in 325\u00b0 oven for 35 minutes. Pies are done when tops are brown.
