Orange-Raisin-Pecan Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. orange juice
    1/2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. grated orange peel
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1 egg, beaten
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. raisins
    3/4 c. coarsely chopped pecans
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Combine ingredients in order listed. Mix just until blended.
    Pour into greased 9 x 5-inch loaf pan. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes or until top is browned and pick inserted into center comes out clean.
    Cool in pan for 10 minutes. Wrap in plastic wrap or foil.
    Makes 1 loaf.
