Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. milk
3 c. quick cooking oats
1/2 c. chopped nuts
4 Tbsp. peanut butter
Preparation

Mix sugar, butter, cocoa and milk in medium saucepan.
Bring to a boil quickly and then reduce heat to medium and boil 3 to 4 minutes.
Remove from heat and stir in oats, vanilla, nuts and peanut butter.
Drop by spoonfuls onto waxed paper and let cool. Refrigerate.
