Banana Split Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 bananas
2 sticks butter
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
2 eggs
2 c. powdered sugar
1 can crushed pineapple, drained
1 large carton Cool Whip
1/2 c. nuts
1 small bottle maraschino cherries
Preparation

Melt 1 stick butter; press crumbs and butter in a 13 x 9-inch pan or loaf pan to form crust.
Mix together eggs, 1 stick butter and powdered sugar; beat 10 minutes.
Spread over crumbs.
Cover with pineapple, then sliced bananas and then Cool Whip.
Sprinkle with nuts and cherries.
Refrigerate overnight.
