Yellow Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. yellow squash
    3 carrots
    1 large onion
    1 stick butter or margarine
    2 boxes Stove Top stuffing (one should be cornbread)
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Cut squash in 1/2-inch slices.
    Steam until tender.
    Drain. Grate carrots and chop onion.
    Add to squash.
    Add butter and soup.
