City Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pork, cubed
    1 lb. veal, cubed
    2 eggs, beaten with 2 Tbsp. cold water
    salt and pepper to taste
    garlic powder to taste
    2 c. bread crumbs (unseasoned)
    3 to 4 Tbsp. cooking oil
Preparation
    You will also need 12 to 15 city chicken wooden skewers/sticks (ask the butcher at your local supermarket for these).
