Mexican Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 (16 oz.) can Hormel chili (no beans)
    1 bunch scallions, chopped
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 bag tortilla chips
Preparation
    Spread cream cheese in a 9 or 10-inch glass pie dish.
    Spread chili on top of cheese.
    Sprinkle chopped scallions on top of chili, then add the Cheddar cheese on top of scallions.
    Microwave 5 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
    Or heat in oven at 350\u00b0, approximately 20 to 25 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly.
    Serve with chips on the side.
