Chili Quiche Appetizer - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped Ortega chilies
    2 c. shredded cheese (Jack or Cheddar)
    1 c. Bisquick
    1 c. half and half milk
    4 eggs
    1/8 tsp. red pepper sauce (optional)
Preparation
    Grease a 9 x 9-inch pan.
    Spread chilies and cheese in pan. Beat remaining ingredients.
    Pour into pan.
    Bake about 30 minutes at 350\u00b0 until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
    Refrigerate any leftovers.
