Crescent Cordon Bleu - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) cans refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
    1 1/2 c. chopped cooked chicken
    1 1/2 c. chopped cooked ham
    1 (6 oz.) jar sliced mushrooms, drained or 1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
    4 oz. (1 c.) shredded Swiss cheese
    beaten egg (if desired)
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease cookie sheet.
    In bowl, combine chicken, ham, mushrooms and cheese.
    Separate dough into 8 rectangles; press perforations to seal.
    Spoon rounded 1/2 cup mixture onto center of each rectangle.
    Pull 4 corners of dough to center; twist slightly.
    Seal edges.
    Place on cookie sheet; brush with egg.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 18 to 24 minutes or until golden brown.
    Makes 8 servings.
