Chili Rellenos Squares - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. (12 oz.) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 1/2 c. (6 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
2 (4 oz.) cans chopped green chilies, drained
2 eggs
2 Tbsp. milk
1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
Preparation

Place half of the cheeses in a greased 8-inch square baking dish. Sprinkle with chilies and remaining cheeses. In a bowl, beat the eggs. Add the milk and flour; pour over cheeses. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until set. Cut into small squares. Serve warm. Yield: 16 servings.
