Grilled Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    potatoes (2 per person)
    1 large onion
    mushrooms (optional)
    1/8 c. oil
    1 stick butter
    salt
    pepper
    garlic powder
    chives
Preparation
    Use a cookie sheet and line with aluminum foil.
    Leave overhang to cover potatoes completely.
    Slice potatoes and chop onions, add mushrooms, pour oil over and slice stick butter and leave on top.
    Season to taste with seasonings above.
    While grilling out simply place pan on rack and bake until tender. Garnish with bacon bits, sour cream, chives and cheese. MMMMM Good.
