Canned Apple Pie Filling - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 c. water
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. perma flo
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Bring first 6 ingredients to a boil, stirring constantly, then add lemon juice.
    Fill 7-quarts with sliced apples (Jonathans). Pour hot syrup over apples and seal.
    Process in hot water bath for 10 minutes.
