Crabmeat Thermidor - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 1/2 c. medium cream sauce
    1/2 c. shredded sharp cheese
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 cans crabmeat, drained
    minced parsley and paprika
Preparation
    Saute green pepper and onion in butter until tender. Stir into cream sauce the onion, green pepper and cheese.
    Heat slowly but do not boil. Remove from heat and add crabmeat and lemon juice. Garnish with parsley and paprika.
