Creamed Tuna And Peas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. whole wheat flour
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 c. peas
    6 1/2 oz. tuna, drained
    4 slices whole grain bread, toasted
Preparation
    Heat a large skillet and add the butter.
    When the butter is melted, stir in the flour.
    Add the peas and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes.
    Stir in tuna.
    Heat through and serve over toast or pasta.
