Japanese Fruit Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1/2 stick butter
    1/2 c. coconut
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1/2 c. raisins
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice or vinegar
    1 unbaked (9-inch) pie shell
Preparation
    Mix together the first 8 ingredients and pour into the pie shell.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 until golden brown (approximately 20 minutes).
