Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. oil
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
8 oz. crushed pineapple, drained
2 c. chopped pecans, 1 c. at a time
chopped bananas
Preparation
-
Combine dry ingredients in large bowl.
Add eggs and oil; stir until ingredients are moist (do not beat).
Stir in remaining ingredients and pour in 3 greased round cake pans and bake for 25 to 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
