Moc Shu - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 ears corn
    1 whole onion, chopped
    1 whole bell pepper, chopped
    2 tomatoes, cut up
    3 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Saute onion in butter.
    Scrape corn off ears
    in 3 layers. Add remaining ingredients.
    Turn fire down low and cook for 2 hours.
    Stir often.
    You may use 1 can of Ro-Tel tomatoes instead of 2 tomatoes for spicy Moc Shu.
