Grilled Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 tomatoes
    1/4 c. fine bread crumbs
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/4 c. melted margarine
    1/4 tsp. salt
    pinch of pepper
    1/4 tsp. basil
Preparation
    Melt margarine; cut tomatoes in half.
    Toss bread crumbs, parsley, garlic, salt, pepper and basil with margarine.
    Sprinkle over tomatoes; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes or until tender.
