Lemon Garlic Chicken Thighs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 chicken thighs
    juice of 1 lemon
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1/2 tsp. dried thyme leaves
    pepper
    10 cherry tomatoes
    2 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation
    Wash and pat dry chicken.
    Put chicken in a bowl.
    Toss thighs with mixture of lemon juice, crushed garlic and thyme.
    Make sure all sides are coated.
    Refrigerate chicken for 2 hours.
    Turn pieces at least once.
    Place thighs on rack in baking pan, skin side up.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
