Fireside Pumpkin Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
1 c. canned pumpkin
1 egg
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 c. chopped dates

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
In a large bowl, beat butter and sugars together until fluffy.
Add pumpkin, egg and vanilla.
Mix well. Sift flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon and salt together.
Add to pumpkin mixture and stir to mix well.
Stir in nuts and dates.
