Green Bean Casserole - cooking recipe

1 1/4 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1 egg, beaten
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
1 can (10 count) Butter-Me-Not biscuits
1/3 c. chopped onion
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/4 tsp. salt
1 pt. green beans
8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Fry beef, green pepper and onions.
Drain grease.
Stir in tomato sauce, green beans and salt.
Place canned biscuits on greased baking dish.
Flatten out.
Beat egg and pour over biscuits.
Add 1/2 of egg mixture.
Pour beef mixture over this, then add remaining cheese mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
