Sour Cream Noodle Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. noodles
    2 lb. lean ground beef
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. chopped green onion
    1/4 tsp. garlic butter
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 c. cottage cheese
    1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cook noodles until tender.
    Rinse in cold water and drain. Brown meat.
    Add peppers, garlic, onion and tomato sauce.
    Simmer slowly for 5 minutes.
    Combine cottage cheese, sour cream and noodles.
    Alternate layers of noodles and meat in a 2-quart greased casserole dish.
    Begin with noodles and finish with meat on top.
    Top with shredded cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
