Quiche Lorraine - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. bacon
1 c. grated Swiss cheese
5 eggs
2 c. sour cream
2 Tbsp. (1/2 pkg.) dry onion soup mix
1/4 c. chopped parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper, nutmeg and cayenne
Preparation

Cut bacon into small pieces.
Fry and drain.
Sprinkle over bottom of unbaked 10-inch pie shell.
Add cheese.
Beat eggs until foamy.
Add sour cream, parsley, onion soup and spices.
Beat. Pour into pie shell.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
Cool on wire rack about 10 minutes before serving.
