Dave'S Deviled Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 medium potatoes
    1 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. softened butter
    1/3 c. warm milk
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 Tbsp. mustard
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. chopped green onions
Preparation
    Wash and cut potatoes into 4 pieces each.
    Cover with boiling water.
    Add salt and cook for 20 to 40 minutes, until tender when tested with a fork.
    Drain.
    Add softened butter and warm milk. Mash until free of lumps.
    Heat the sour cream in a small saucepan over a low flame.
    Add mustard and sugar to the sour cream.
    Pour over the potatoes and mix well.
    Heat in a 350\u00b0 oven for 12 minutes.
