Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz. each) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 c. cubed or shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 roll (at least 35 or 36) Ritz crackers, crushed
    2 eggs, well beaten
    butter
Preparation
    Cook broccoli according to package directions for 5 minutes. Drain.
    Mix together soup, mayonnaise, cheese and eggs in bowl. Put broccoli in a buttered 13 x 9-inch baking dish or casserole. Add soup mixture, spreading evenly over broccoli.
    Top with crushed crackers, then dot with butter.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 50 to 60 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
